SLOW WINE FAIR – FIFTH EDITION
From February 22 to 24, 2026, the Slow Wine Fair returns to Bologna, organized by BolognaFiere with the artistic direction of Slow Food. Over 1,000 exhibiting wineries from Italy and abroad will be distributed across exhibition areas by country and region.
The focus of the 2026 edition is the fair wine, that is, “produced without exploiting workers and territories, capable of generating shared value, decent work, inclusion and new opportunities”.
Areas also dedicated to older vintages from the Banca del Vino of Pollenzo, bitters and spirits, coffee, and cider. Events and masterclasses are also available.
Where: BolognaFiere, Padiglioni 15, 15a e 20. Two main entrances: ingresso Nord and Ovest Costituzione.
Opening hours:
- Sunday 22 february: 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Monday 23 february: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Tuesday 24 february: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
