On January 26 and 27, 2025, Grottaglie (TA) will host the 6th edition of Evoluzione Naturale, the Southern Italy event dedicated to lovers of natural wine and sustainability.

Artisanal winemakers from all over Italy and Europe: a careful selection of producers with a focus on young businesses and international gems.
Workshops and tasting labs: to delve deeper into the world of natural wine and discover what makes it unique.
A unique atmosphere: all in the splendid setting of the Ancient Capuchin Convent, a place that combines history, culture and authenticity.
