Nestled on the rolling hills of the Marche region, the Agriturismo B&B Fiorano is located in Cossignano (Ascoli Piceno), a common Green Flag for Agriculture 2007, near the beautiful beaches of Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto overlooking the Adriatic Sea. The agritourism consists of an ancient farmhouse renovated in green building that dominates the large organic estate of vineyards and olive groves from which the company produces certified DOC wines and extra virgin olive oil.

The care of shoot, the good exposure of the vineyards, the thinning and the combination of traditional techniques with the most modern equipment, the commitment to a more eco-sustainable management of the winery, give life to wines of superior quality that are expression of the Piceno hilly territory, according to the intent to produce wines with a non-standard taste and able to interpret the surrounding environment in the most natural way.

Ser Balduzio – IGT Marche Rosso. Grapes: Montepulciano 100%; 20/22 days maceration and alcoholic fermentation; 24 months aging in 10 hl French oak barrels, then 12 months aging in 5 hl Slavonian oak tonneaux; 12 months aging in bottles.
Terre di Giobbe – Rosso Piceno Superiore D.O.C. Grapes: Montepulciano 70%, Sangiovese 15%, Merlot 15 %; 14-18 days maceration at controlled temperature < 28°C; malolactic controlled fermentation; 7 months maturation with lees sediment in stainless steel, then 1 year aging in 10 hl oak barrel; 6 months aging in bottles.
Fiorano – Marche Sangiovese I.G.T.. Grapes: Sangiovese 100%; 10-12 days days maceration at controlled temperature < 28°C; malolactic controlled fermentation; 7 months maturation with lees sediment in stainless steel; 4 months aging in bottles.
Donna Orgilla – Offida Pecorino D.O.C.. Grapes: Pecorino 100%; controlled fermentation < 18°C; 12 hours cold maceration; 6 months maturation with lees sediment; 4-6 months aging in bottles.
