SLOW WINE FAIR – THE FOURTH EDITION
From 23 to 25 February 2025, Bologna will host the fourth edition of the event organized by BolognaFiere with the artistic direction of Slow Food, and the new SANA Food format: an opportunity to learn about and taste good, clean and fair products.
Over 1,050 exhibitors from all Italian regions and 30 countries, with 157 foreign wineries – more than 50% of which are certified organic or biodynamic – and over 6,000 labels for tasting await enthusiasts, buyers and professionals.
