In 1997 they built the cellar in order to make wine from their own vineyards. From it, few producers obtain dessert wines, but we vinify it dry, with the addition of a little Vermentino grape. The result is a wine with shades of gold, of great structure, fruity on the nose the first year and then rich in hints of moss and Mediterranean scrub. In the mouth it is long, sapid, marine.<br \/>\nParticularly suitable as an aperitif and paired with seafood.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Papilio<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Sibiola <\/strong>IGT.<br \/>\n90% Nuragus, 10% Nasco and Vermentino.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Altea Rosso<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Sibiola<\/strong> IGT<br \/>\nFrom autochthonous grapes, mainly Carignano, Cannonau and Monica, cultivated in our vineyards of Serdiana.<br \/>\nFrom the perfect union of these grapes, a particular wine is born, of excellent structure and great elegance, ruby red in color with garnet reflections, with an intense bouquet of wild berries and jams; in the mouth it is pleasantly soft and very balanced, a wine to taste, but above all to drink.<br \/>\nIt pairs well with traditional Sardinian dishes based on meat, aged cheeses, hams and sausages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row bg_type=&#8221;no_bg&#8221; margin_top=&#8221;20&#8243;][vc_column]<div class=\"dt-fancy-separator title-left text-big style-dashed accent-border-color\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><div class=\"dt-fancy-title bg-on\"><span class=\"separator-holder separator-left\"><\/span>Other products<span class=\"separator-holder separator-right\"><\/span><\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1561475614024{margin-top: 10px !important;}&#8221;]<strong>Organic Extravirgin Olive Oil<\/strong>.
