The current management began at the end of the 1980s with the land owned by the family, the Picedi Benettini, for a long time. The result of a long work is the current consistency of about 8 hectares of vineyard and about 4 of olive grove, and a certain number of hectares for sowing that have been rented to other farms.
The Vermentino grape predominates in the vineyards, but old varieties such as Albarola and Merla have also been recovered.
Santa Caterina winery consists of 5 small farms:
Santa Caterina: 8 hectares hill with Vermentino and Sangiovese vineyards.
Giuncàro: 1 hectare farm with Tocai, Sauvignon, Vermentino vineyards.
Ghiarètolo: 2 hectares vineyard with Merlot, Merla, Ciliegiolo.
Segalàra: small clay terrace with Vermentino and olive groves.
